The ideal candidate should possess a proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently, and have a background in firearms.
It is imperative that candidates hold a valid New Jersey Firearms Identification Card and provide proof of residency within the state.
Responsibilities include the sale of handguns, shotguns, rifles, and firearms accessories.
Keeping abreast of federal and state gun laws and regulations is crucial, with a commitment to promptly and accurately adhering to ATF and State Police guidelines for compliance.
The role involves assisting clients with inquiries related to compliance, sales, and product information.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth operation of all office and administrative functions, managing office supplies, and monitoring inventory and shipments.
- Ensure up-to-date digital administration accounts (e.
g.
, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Google Apps) and maintain a current log of login credentials.
- Collaborate with the administrative director to implement policies and procedures, including background checks, creating client records, and ensuring secure record-keeping.
- Establish and maintain efficient filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Manage an inventory of office supplies, implementing a regular ordering, distribution, and payment process.
- Assist the executive director in report preparation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations, and building lasting relationships.
- Foster an outstanding customer experience, engaging customers in conversations about their needs to fulfill their desired experience.
- Ensure customers leave with a comprehensive package supporting their primary purchase.
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and promote firearms safety.
Qualifications:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite.
- Prior experience with a Point of Sale system.
- Previous experience in retail firearms is a plus.
- Effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Maintains a consistently professional demeanor, appearance, and work environment.
