Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the dental office's phone system - Verify and update patient information in the dental office's database - Assist with billing and insurance claims processing - Manage patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date - Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns - Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical office setting - Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Dentrix experience is preferred but not required Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
