The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Our Front Desk Receptionist will be the face of our company, so we are looking for someone who is professional and reliable.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Answer incoming calls and provide basic information to callers.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Maintain records of visitor logs and sign-in sheets.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
Perform basic office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing documents.
