The DAS must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities along with being friendly and outgoing, with a strong desire to help others.
The Director of Agent Services will assist the Team Leader (CEO) with agent intake and exit processes and provide extraordinary customer experience for all of our real estate associates.
This person should be a self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little supervision.
The Director of Agent Services must be able move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent's needs in a timely manner.
Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
Manage the onboarding process for new agents and experiences agents joining Keller Williams from other brokerages and provide a white glove experience to each individual Must be able move with a sense of urgency to ensure our agent's needs are met in a timely manner Strong understanding that the agents in our office are our clients Work closely with Team Leader on recruiting prospective candidates Manage and coordinate a robust office education, training, and event calendar Set up and prepare for training classes and events Facilitate the weekly Market Center Orientation to new agents Provide world-class customer experience to all real estate associates and guests of our office Must be flexible! We are a growing company and it can be expected that the role and responsibilities will evolve as we grow
Qualifications:
Must be a self driver! Take ownership of the position and elevate it! Ability to manage, organize, and execute events and multiple projects Provide world-class customer service to associates and their clients Friendly, approachable personality Excellent communication skills Problem Solver Strong work ethic Tech Savvy Experience in or knowledge of real estate is a plus.
If not, we'll teach you! Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Microsoft office is a plus! Job Type:
