As part of our team, you provide critical support to all aspects of the business, helping us give the absolute best in quality care to each of our patients.
You organize all administrative aspects of the office by organizing and updating patient records, following up with patients, managing office and individual calendars, and providing a clear point of leadership within our organizational structure.
Our ideal candidate should have several years of experience in administration, particularly within a health care environment, as well as demonstrable organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills.
Dental Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities Track, update, and protect patient records according to established HIPAA guidelines Greet patients and solve any scheduling or other difficulties Manage calendars and scheduling for multiple dentists and other professional colleagues Maintain a thorough knowledge of what is happening in the practice Dental Office Manager Requirements and Qualifications Associate degree or several years of relevant experience Prior experience in medical administration, particularly in a dental practice Strong organizational and communications skills Previous dental assisting experience preferred Familiarity with electronic billing, account receivables, and insurance processes Experience with Dentrix software Monday, Tuesday & Friday = 9:
